6-Figure Sex Worker Teaches You The Basics Of Client Relationship Management

I’m Leijla Foss, a 6-figure sex worker and business coach. And you need to know about one thing I do to make more money.

It’s called CRM, aka Client Relationship Management.

CRM stands for Client Relationship Management. If you’ve heard of Salesforce, you’ve heard of CRM software. Salesforce is a paid software. I use a free software called Notion for my CRM.

These CRM softwares keep us organized so we don’t have to memorize everything in our heads. We can keep a database of our information so we can look up data as needed.

But ultimately, when we talk about CRM, we’re talking about maintaining and even strengthening our relationships with our clients. CRM is a puzzle with many pieces. It’s the experience your clients or customers have before, during, and after your product or service. 😉

CRM is NOT just about spreadsheets for me. One part of client relationship management is gifts.

Think about it this way: business people know that it’s less expensive to retain a client or customer than to get a new one. That’s why businesses are obsessed with getting your email or phone number, why they insist on sending you newsletters, and why employers aim to have high employee retention.

You might be thinking, “Wait, gifts? From me? There’s no way I’m going to spend money on my client. It’s their job to buy ME things.”

I totally get that. I was against spending money on my clients earlier in my career. But once I started using CRM (including, but not exclusively gifts), my income increased and I had more clients coming back to see me!

To make this more concrete, I’ll ask you a question. What’s more expensive: buying your client a $5 chocolate bar or paying $500 for a premium ad every mont
If you feel special when a client gives you a gift, you can empathize with receiving a gift. You feel special, doesn’t it?

Our clients come to us to feel special. You can give them an extra boost of ‘feeling special’ by giving them a gift.

If you’re unsure of where you can start, here are 5 ideas for how you can gift your clients:

Chocolate. Simple, sweet, and always appreciated.
A card with a special note. In a highly digital world, personal touches like these go a long way!
Socks. Yes, socks. Everyone wears them, and they’ll think of YOU when they wear them.
Seasonal goodies: a candy cane in December, heart candy in February
Starbucks gift card. Who doesn’t love a little treat from Starbucks?
OnlyFans trial. Bonus idea for my digital content creators.

The secret sauce to making more money is keeping your clients happy, loyal, and feeling special. Give your CRM strategy the attention it deserves and watch your bank account grow.
